I recently tried and failed to log in to my customer loyalty programme on

KLM's web site (see first email below) and sent an email to their customer

services people from the site.

I have booked a to and fro air ticket From Hyderabad (INDIA)Washington and washington Hyderabad via Amsterdam on 10th Sep.08 through KLM airlins. My wife reached USA. Due to the some reason KLM changed the flights destinations. They are asking my wife to trvel from wasington to Bombay via Amsterdam insted of Hyderabad. For a 62 years old lady, it is difficult to travel from International air port to Domestic air port in Mumbai. I request KLM to provode some assistence to shift my wife along with laguage from Internation air port to Demestic airport. Her ref. No3FVKAZ. She will be returning to Hyderabad on 24.05.09.

I am sending this notification to you on behalf of my sister mgt gilmartin Fortmary park Limerick who has already submitted a hand written complaint of yesterday regarding the inequity of how the luggage allocation was applied at beijing Aiport on the 1140 flight to Amsterdam . She had one suitcase and 2 DUVETS with a carry on bag. While she appreciates restrictions have to be applied nevertheless this allocation should have been equally applied to others on the flight .She was allowed to take one piece of hand luggage on the flight while the majority of the group was able take well in access of their amount with no charge. The cost was 120 EURO

I would appreciate if you could communicate with my sister who is upset with this unfair service. sincerly
