She had one suitcase and 2 DUVETS with a carry on bag. While she appreciates restrictions have to be applied nevertheless this allocation should have been equally applied to others on the flight .She was allowed to take one piece of hand luggage on the flight while the majority of the group was able take well in access of their amount with no charge.
