bad customer service

this was the first time that i had visited the store on grandview and 42nd...the clerk that took my order was rude...she gave a sigh then rolled her eyes at me...then she said something...i could not hear her so she repeated it very louldly...i contacted the owner that very same day...he did not ask me my name address or phone number to follow up...i think every complaint should be taken very seriously...when a business does not ask for any contact information from the person is is filing the complaint, they have no intentions of doing anything about the complaint so, therefore they don't care about that individual...
