: I phoned Yahoo Travel to

book a travel package including Airfare, Hotel, and car rental. I was told

I would receive an email confirmation within 24 - 48 hours. I never received

an email confirmation until 21 days had passed but yet Yahoo had billed my

Credit Card immediately. When I received my confirmation, 2 names were

misspelled on the airline tickets. Yahoo would not make changes to the

airline tickets. After receiving the email confirmation was the first that

I was aware that the package was non-refundable. Yahoo would not work with

me to correct the name spelling on the airfare or for any type of refund on

the travel package.
