www.hdqr.net ripped me off for two gaming keys!

Ordered two cd keys from these individuals back in September.

Never got the products. Sent in online complaint at their website, sent in countless emails...no answer. Complainied to paypal of whom I used to pay with and they sent in a query and found in my favor, but said they could not reinburse me as they have no money in the account listed for them.

Sent in to the BBB online, they said they sent a letter to the listed address and it came back undeliverable. These people are boldly ripping people off and getting away with it. I am not the only one as I found this online:

If it goes to the main page just look for hdqr-legit? in the forums. That will show you that I am not the only one getting ripped off. I know on my complaint form from the BBB there were 7 others that had been ripped off as listed against this company and none of us have gotten any resolution. These people even sell on Ebay! Amazing...that such a high end company as Ebay and Paypal being theirs as well would allow such activities to go on. They are plastered all over the internet. Makes me wonder what other things that they might be doing.
