standard tv and appliances

I will tell anyone who will listen that I believe that standard tv and appliance in Beaverton, Oregon puts, in my opinion, used products in homes as new and then refuses to replace them saying that it is their policy to not replace installed items. So, anyone buying a new product from them had better make sure it comes out of a sealed box and that you do a thorough check of it before you allow the installer to even put it in, or better yet, get a waiver from them in writing that if there is a problem they WILL replace it. Any reputable company will do that.....not standard tv and appliances. Better yet, go to Sears, pay a little more and be assured that you will get service.
