Verizon wireless phone company I Verizon wireless as my cell phone company and they have failed to bill me at the correct discount rate our company plan is suppose to have. When I attempted to resolve the issuse on one specific billing period they charged me late fees and reconnection for the four lines. They appointed a customer service rep. who was supposed to handled everything. My billing is still incorrect and the company refuses to give me the required company discount. They want me to accept a higher cost new plan they are promoting.They are also overcharging me on my text plan. They advertised $10 for additional text and video for the plan, then they charged me $10 per line, even after I faxed them their advertisement they came in my bill. This company is worthless and no hears us unlike their commercials "can you hear me now", it appears his hearing aids are turned off! I will never use this company again. T.
