The post office switched the contents of my box

My package just arrived. It is the original box but the contents are different. I sent paperback books and now I have tshirts, cufflinks, and ties. The post office has no system in place to track similar complaints from their national complaints number. This means that since I mailed my box from California there is no way they will be able to match me up with the other person who can't figure out why their ties are gone and they have a b8unch of fiction. I doubt this is a very common problem and it would be pretty easy to fix if there was ANY system in place. As it is, both of us are calling to complain but neither one can get in touch with the other.

My box was mangled and taped back together with no note. Someone made a mistake and tried to cover their tracks. Also, my box has MEDIA MAIL stamped on it clearly which means that it could only be books. One of the Tshirts is for a Joseph and Mary musical. Please contact me if this is you.
