Delay in providing complementary gift along with Videocon fully automatic washing machine

Dear Concerned.I\'ve purchased Videocon Fully Automatic Washing Machine more than one and half month ago, and a complementary gift of iPOD was suppose to be received.I\'ve purcahsed from M/s Vishwas Electronics, Mithapur - 361345 (Gujarat), on inquiring i was informed, that the same shall reach in a day or two, then due to heavy rain it again got delayed and was informed that it\'ll reach in 10 days, almost 50 days have passed, I\'ve been timely given the same reply, the representative will come and hand over the iPOD personally, this has also taken almost 10 days.I had informed the same to Videocon Factory Office in service dept, but the reply they gave was aweful, they are not responsible for anything, it has to directly come from the dealer from where you have purchased.Kindly request you to suggest and help for the same, this is not the matter of a mere iPOD, but being an Indian Multinational and furnishing such an dreadful service, is never expected.
