This company refuses to terminate their service, although there is no =

contract. This a "Call- back" service.


We have used this service for a few years and then, last December we =

decided to switch to another company. When we notified "Alliance" that =

their service is no longer required, they said there is no problem as =

long we pay our last bill and no longer use the call back feature.

Up-to-date invoice was paid by a money order sent to the company. This =

was cashed in January.

We have not used their service since December 2006.

However, occasionally, there is a phonecall in the middle of the night - =

the company's trigger system. We have written to them repeatedly, =

asking them to stop the trigger. With no results. This "middle of the =

night" trigger calls continue to date.

To add insult to injury, this is now followed by a recording that there =

is an outstanding bill due and to "pay up".


We have tried calling the company, but no-one ever returns our calls.

Our e-mails remain unanswered.


How do we resolve this issue and get rid of this company once and for =

all?

Please help us.
