giving up the fight

I have read reports and complaints all over the web.

I have filed reports with my states attorney general.

I have talked to several legal adviseors.

Yet no one wants to put a stop to these crooks and their

unethical, predatory lending and shady dealings.

I have been dealing with them for almost 6 years and have been forclosed on twice...or they tried to forclose.

The only way to stop them was to go into a chapter 13 while trying to resolve the problems.

I have sent them thousands of dollars besides my monthly payments.

They have ruiend my credit so I cannot refinance and get away from them.

They add rediculous charges to my account.

So I figured I would sell out.....well I get a letter from them and they are asking for over $8,000.00 more for our payoff....well I am back to where I started 6 years ago and thousands of dollars ago.

Stay away from Homecomings Financal they are SHARKS out to rip you off and you will always lose, because everyones afraid of them!

I have 2 files of documentation on this company and proof of everything I am claiming.
