Videocon washing machine - servicing complaint

Videocon Service Centre,

Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to my complaint no. MBV7I24134 dated 24th September

2007 for servicing of washing machine which is not working properly. We

have been assured that service engineer will visit the house within 48

hours, but till date and time nobody has visited and no intimation also

given about when they will visit to attend the complaint.

We will appreciate if somebody follow-up for the same and revert back to

us.
