Dear Chitra lekha/ ICICI Customer support,


There were no reason for check to get bounced. The reason specified by

you is clearly baseless. I have verified my bank account and there were

sufficient funds at all time.

Also there was penalty of $5000 odd figures levied on my home loan account,

for not paying the increase in ROI charges. This was not my problem. ICICI

Home loan department customer service failed to collect the cheques from my

residence, inspite of calling them several times. I would like to get this

amount refunded ASAP.


Please escalate this to your higher management. If not I would like to

end all relationship with ICICI bank, forcing myself to close all the

accounts with ICICI bank. This is celarly shameful and untrustworthy act

from ICICI bank of harassing the customers for no fault of theirs. Inspite

of committing to the customers that they would call in 24 hours from

customer support, there was no calls received.


The customer support provided by ICICI bank is pathetic. The kind of

response received is un-professional. Just making an advertisement saying

"Hum hai na" is not enough. The people who bank with ICICI needs to feel the

same way too.


Please get back to me as soon as possible.
