Hi I have since November 2006 complained about two Nuwave Ovens that I =

purchased one did not work, and the other the first time we cooked in =

it the non-stick base flaked off . We have purchased one of these ovens =

for ourselves and have had no problem with it for two years These two =

were purchased for Christmas presents for year 2006. We have e.mailed =

the U.S.A. company who are supposed to hold the guarantee until November =

2007. At first we were directed by the U.S.A. company to Best Direct an =

English Company but as these ovens were not purchased from them they =

would not honour our complaint. since then we have sent two more e.mails =

to www.hearthware.com but they have not replied. My husband sent another =

e.mail on the 1.9.2007 but still no answer. Please could you help to =

either have these replaced or monies refunded they are still under =
