Sears online ordering process

NEVER EVER EVER order ANYTHING online at Sears. I placed an order online =

August 25, 2007 and still have not received my dishwasher. I have, =

however had my credit card charged. Every time I contact Sears, I get =

the run around and am constantly getting the date pushed back on when =

I'm going to receive my dishwasher. It's so ridiculous, I can't even =

tell you how frustrated I am.
