Name of product or service

My husband and I bought a G.E. profile stove,refrigerator,and dishwasher less than a year ago. We spent $1,600.00 for a stove that is beautiful. I love to cook and am in my kitchen everyday. The past few months I have only been using the oven because the oven is electric and the stove stayed in the box for awhile when we were remodeling. I just recently in the last week had the jets converted from GAS to PROPANE so I could use the burners. I had been cooking on a camp stove for a year. I was under the impression that this stove was to cook on. So, soon as the jets were changed it was time to enjoy the stove top, I had only been dusting and shining for months. I spend more time trying to polish it than actually cooking. It is black ceramic glass top stove.It is shinny and smooth that was why I liked it. Did I realize it was not to be cooked on NO.I have talked to other people with this same style of stove and they have said the same thing. Now the paint on my stove is

peeling off and it looks crappy. I have cleaned it with Cerama- Brite since the day I bought the stove. It was beautiful as long as I did not use it. It really pisses me off that I bought a stove that was to look at. I was not informed to not use the burners in Lew of looking like a piece of trash. I am very unhappy with my G.E. profile stove and I want a stove I can use and still look great. This stove is for boiling water and filling a hole in the kitchen not for anyone who enjoys co HOPE LANTIERI
