I purchased a computer in 1/07. Computer was apparently paid for by =

somone else. I alerted Dell that my credit card had not been charged =

and was told that ther was no payment outstanding.


Since then i received an invoice ? form a Dell subsidiary with another =

name, to my correct addresss,requesting payment for a number of items =

including the computer received.

Despite numerous emils/calls, and specific requests for an updated =

invoice I have not received an accurate one.I was sent an invoice for =

the single item I received, showing zero balance.


To date I have not paid for the computer. All emails responses form =

Dell have been form letters, without addressing any of my questions. I =

would like to settle this matter, and pay for the item received. To do =

so I need an updated invoice with correct name/address, showing the =

balance due for the single item received. I suspect that Dell =

incorrectly billed someonelse. My email is Email User
