This complaint is regarding the company United Online, soecifically =

Netzero. They have a program called "Refer a Friend" where the person =

referring someone receives $30.00 when they do so.

I did that approximately 9 months ago and still have not received the =

$30.00 referral fee. I have called repeatedly over those =

months...talking to many customer representatives and supervisors who =

promised to correct the mistake. I have emailed and had the household =

that I referred do the same. Finally, last month I wrote a letter to the =

Customer Relations Department at United Online in California but have =

not had any response.

I find this totally unacceptable and need some help. please!
