davids bridal My name is Becki Kozlowski. I purchased a wedding gown at Davids Bridal. They fitted me for my dress and charged me $210.00 which they requested that I pay in full before they would alter my dress. The top of the dress didn't lay right so that charged me $20.00 to add cups to the dress which they believed would fix the dress. After keeping my dress, for 1 month, I went to try on my dress. It didn't fit right at all. The sides of the bottom of the dress were too big and the top part of the dress didn't lay right. When I asked them to fix the bottom part, they replied,"that will be an additional $50.00". I told them that I will not pay them another dime b/c they fit me for the dress and should have fixed it already. The top part of the dress still didn't fit. At that time, I asked to speak with a manager which wasn't present at the time. One of girls out front agreed to help me. She stated to me, "that is why we do not show the front of the dress in the catalog and only the back dress b/c the front doesn't lay right b/c of the material". My reply was why did you keep my dress for one month knowing you would not be able to fix it. It was 3 weeks before my wedding. When I asked if I could get another dress or what are my options. They replied, that I would have to purchase at another dress and no refund would be given. I broke down in tears, and they did nothing. I told them that a bride should not have to be so upset like this about her wedding dress. How is that for customer service. I should also add that 6 of my bridesmaids got their dresses there. We spent a good amount of money there, and they could not help me. I will never ever purchase anything else from such a horrible company!
