Wish I had Known

We paid JK Harris $5000.00 to make an offer in compromise to the IRS. We owed about 59,000. After 4 years, all the added interest and penalty's, and going round and round with JK Harris we owed $83,000.00. JK Harris offered the IRS $1,500.00. We were turned down! (stop laughing)

We paid the IRS in full. I complained to the BBB and got a letter from JK Harris saying I "may" be intitled to a partical refund. I'm not holding my breath. I'm thinking about looking at going to the small claims court next.
