Target Dept Store I made a purchase of IPODS at Target. Before I made that purchase, I went to the customer service/refund dept & made sure that my money would be refunded with no restocking charge. I told them I had a gift card and a debit card that would be paying for that purchase. I did have to return the items. I was told specifically by Sally that there would be no problem in returning the items and that the money would be refunded to my debit card. The night I was there inquiring about the purchase, and if need be refund, I stood there at the refund counter and watched them refund a wedding gift that was on a gift card to her debit card. They refused to refund the total purchase of $428.38 to my debit card. They made me take a target card for most of the purchase. We had the gift card to use for these items and were told that this would be refunded if the purchase did not work out. I want the $385.00 that was on the gift card refunded to me as promised by the service/refund dept there at Target. Their entrance door boasts of customer satisfaction. Guess that promise is just for looks. Target must be hurting pretty badly if this is the only way they can get business. I will make sure that everyone I talk to knows of my dissatisfaction and how I was treated. Hopefully, none of my friends will make the same mistake of shopping there.Thank you.
