RE: Just Tires [Tire Rotation] Rick Hernandez 912 W. Norwood Pl. Apt. B Alhambra CA. 91803 Good morning, I paid a visit to two Just Tires locations Monday July 10, 2007 for a simple tire rotation. My first stop was the Alhambra CA. location. After being greeted by one of the Service Techs he explained that he only had one person for the job and was currently busy. He would get to me in 30-45 min. One Hour later he comes over to me and has the nerve to say "There you are; I forgot about you". I let it go. He then proceeds to inspect my vehicle and give me the news. I need new tires, which was fine. I was willing to hear the tech out. However within that time I decided that my sister needed to hear this [it was my sisters' car] so I would only need the rotation for now and come back over the weekend to purchase a set of new rims and tires. Within that time another customer dropped by and the tech that was going to work on my car began to work on the customer that came after me. By this time 1hour and 35 minutes had passed yet I was asked to wait another 30-45 minutes. I had to leave; I wasn't happy by this time anymore. This was the third time. I was very disappointed as I have stopped at this location 3 times before and was given excuses for an alignment such as "the machine isn't working" or "the only tech that knows how to operate this equipment isn't here". This is what made me move my service to the Just Tires in Monterey Park, CA. The same day I decide to stop by the Monterey Park location only to be treated with the same disrespect. I dropped of the car, asked for an alignment, was told to wait an hour. I had not eaten a thing all day so I went to the local McDonalds. I couldn't have been gone for more that 30 min before I walked back to Just Tires. I noticed my car was still in the parking lot so I figures the tech said wait an hour so there was 15 min to go. I then noticed that 2 cars that came in after me were taken in before mine. This is where I started to lose it; I kept my cool and figured maybe they had appointments. The tech that greeted me noticed me standing outside and didn't bother to give me an update; which was fine because I knew my car was going to get serviced soon. All the cars on the lot were completed and gone when I noticed my car was still on the lot, again by now it was 1 hour and 45 minutes later. I stormed in the store, asked the guy if my car was going to get the tires rotated and he had the nerve to say "there you are; I couldn't find you". THIS WAS AFTER HE NOTICED ME STANDING OUTSIDE, WE MADE EYE CONTACT. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!! I asked for my keys and had to leave. I wrote them over the treatment I received and am very, very upset. I have been a loyal customer of Just Tires for 10 years. Have purchase tires, rims numerous times. I have taken 4 of my vehicles for alignment services numerous times. Have not even received a courtesy letter.
