Personal creations, terrible customer service

Personal creations, terrible customer service I purchased engraved stepping stones from this company for my mother for = Mother's Day. I paid for expidited shipping so that they would get to = her on time. Instead of sending them to her, they sent them to me, even = though they had the correct address where the package should have been = sent. When I got the box, I called the company to tell them what = happened and they credited me the expidited shipping fee. I quickly = rushed the box to the post office and sent it overnight to my mother. = When she opened the box, instead of resin stepping stones, it was a = picture frame for someone else. I called the company to report the = error and they told me they would ship out the correct item to her. (I = reconfirmed her address with customer service twice). About a week = later, the box containing the stones was delivered to my house. I = called the company once again with the hope that I could get a credit = for the amount that it would cost me to ship this box, since it was = their third mistake - just regular shipping this time, it was now long = past Mother's Day. I was informed that they could not do that. I asked = to talk to the supervisor. After a long while, I was connected to the = supervisor who informed me that I was causing her customer service = representatives to have long call times and that I would not get a = credit because it was my fault that I didn't realize I was shipping a = frame instead of stepping stones the first time they made an error. I = persisted with her and she finally relented to credit my account for the = shipping as long as I agreed never to order from this company again. = She really didn't have to worry about that.
