Name+of+product+or+service Here's the company: CurrentLabels.com which is in the top 10 Google references for return address label companies. This gives the gist of the situation: Here is their order confirmation email: it shows the correct address: --------------- Dear JAMES OCONNOR, We are pleased to inform you that we have shipped the following item(s) from your Current Labels order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the arrival of your package(s) from the date we ship your product. If you have found that you have made a keying error (personalization/shipping or billing information) or a selection error and you wish to purchase a corrected item, you may do so by placing a new order using on of the following methods: By Internet - (www.currentlabels.com <http://www.currentlabels.com/> ) And my response to them (which is somewhat humorous) I found this outlandish to claim that I entered the information in incorrectly when you own records AND the correct return address show the mistake was entirely yours. Your's is small and meaningless business, made even more irrelevant by this pathetic reply.
Don't bother sending me the corrected labels. It's such as paltry minuscule amount that next time I will find a blind/deaf/dumb/mute charity to do the work too difficult for your miserable company to accomplish.
May you prosper as you deserve,

and in case your conscience becomes stricken you may call me for advice on the first goal of customer service: repeat business (which I am afraid in this case and all those who become aware via the wonders of the internet will be unobtainable by such as yourselves. For those who work as peons in this dead end job--do yourself a favor and get to a firm that excels in taking care of customers: Netflix. For those who love mediocrity and happily head to their graves putting in a 40 hour week and spending the rest of your lives watching sitcoms and playing video games--Current Labels may be just the place for you. Anyway-I have wasted time even talking about this meaningless and pitiful company. But may others avoid the misfortune of these unusually mediocre company in an industry so irrelevant to human life that if they were to disappear today they would not even get an obituary.
