This is a complaint about AFLAC insurance.

I had AFLAC insurance from April 2006-Sept 2006. On July 1st 2006 I =

faxed a

letter requesting my coverage be terminated as of Sept1,2006. They

terminated my policy as of July 1,2006. I fell and injured myself on =

July

17,2006. I went to the emergency room and missed 1 week of work. AFLAC =

would

not cover any of my expenses, due to the fact that they had terminated =

my

policy. When I called, they did verify that my fax stated not to =

terminate

my policy until Sept 1 ,2006. But they still refused to cover any of my

expenses. I emailed, faxed and wrote letters to no avail. I was deeply

disappointed in this company. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you

know someone made a mistake. Own up to it and take responsibility.
