Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) is rebuilding the Highway

62 and Interstate 35W interchange in Minneapolis for safety reasons I am

assuming due to public out cry (the roads must not close) myself and

surrounding neighbors are subjected to night time (8 PM to 5AM)

operations trucks moving dirt bull dozers bulldozing and ground pounders

shaking our house literally shakes pictures fall off the walls. If this

must be done why is our peace and quite laws we usually take for granted

and would normally call the police if they are broken. How is Government

aloud to break the law and normal people are arrested for similar

activities.

WHY

Shouldn't these people be compensated for the conveyance of the whole
