Dish Network Dish Network has no customer service skills! I have been a customer for 8 years & 11 months. I recently cancelled my = land line to save money. Then Dish Network, (network of thieves), = informs me that I will have an additional charge per month because we = are not plugged in to the land line. I was not told by anyone that I had = to have a land line or charges would be added. I talked to the customer = service department and one rep told me we had to have the dish hooked up = so they could check up on us to make sure we weren't moving the dish to = other locations. So I have to pay extra money because they do not trust = a customer of almost 9 years! I have never been late, have moved with = them 3 times, and have upgraded several times. I tried to talk to a = supervisor with no luck. So I called back and asked to be connected to = the disconnect department...but was mysteriously disconnected. I have = e-mailed the customer service department with no response. Big Surprise. = I would advise anyone looking for tv service to go with a local = provider, one you can actually see, touch, and get a real person to work = with! I am so unhappy with their customer service. Spare yourself, go = local.
