Dish Network

I had dish network installed in my home. The installer put an accidental hole in one of my walls. I am not sure what caused the hole in the wall but the technician said nothing after causing the hole. When we called dish network to complain we were given the run around and told we needed to email our complaint in, which we did. One two occassions we received a phone call from dish network, but we were unavailable and haven't received a call back since. They have done nothing to resolve this issue. Now I have a baseball sized hole in my wall.
