Continental Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Would Not Reimburse Me

Continental Airlines Houston, TX US http://www.continental.com When traveling from Houston to Boston on Continental Airlines in August of this year, my bag was delayed. I was promised $25 to cover incidental purchases while the bag was delayed. When the bag arrived, it was severely damaged (broken zipper). I took this into the claims office in Houston and was told that they don't repair broken zippers (what good is a suitcase with a broken zipper? what do they repair?) I submitted my claim for $25 reimbursement for incidentals, and they also did not give me that. I have had numerous customer service issues with Continental Airlines over the years.
