Circuit City

We purchased a GPS on friday & took it home & tried to see if we could =

use it, We tried off & on Sat but didn't know how it worked, so on Sun =

when the store opened we returned it & was charged a 15% restocking fee. =

I was shocked as we never encountered that before. So I e mailed =

customer relations & complained & was told that a restocking fee was =

printed on the of the back of recipt. So I told them I think they =

should have a big sign in the store & also instruct the clerk to warn =

you of the fee if returned, but they could have cared less. Had we know =

of such a fee we would have not purchased it as we are not to =

knowledgeable when it come to electronics. Needless to say they will =

never get our business again nor any other business that has this =

policy. I could see if we had kept it for a week but not 1 1/2 days. =
