Charter Cable Company in the Auburn, AL area We recently moved to the Dadeville, AL area and are limited to one = choice of cable company - Charter. What a Joke. It is the most = undependable, unsatisfactory and totally uncooperative company we've = ever had to deal with. Not only that, they do not provide us with CBS = in HD. We've been told it's a political squabble between two local = offices. Sure wish we had Bright House out of Montgomery available to = us. I've dealt with them for 6 years now. Anytime something changes, I have a problem. Usually when I call them, I hang up defeated with tears in my eyes. Over cable!! I have recently gotten rid of their internet. (My apartment complex offers socialized cable through charter.) I turned in my router to them in august, they are still charging me for router rent, despite my calls to them. This is one frustration of many. I hate charter.
