Burger King at Medley & Pine Blvd Such a big chain such as Burger King should invest in staffing the adequate people for there business. I am beginning to think that all Burger Kings are the same. As of today I have not received this type of treatment in a Mcdonalds or Wendy's or other competitors. Last month I went to the Burger King in Pine Blvd and paid by debit. My card was charged and waiting 45 minutes for my order. After seeing every one after me receive their order and not myself and seeing the staff chat and making things longer I inquired about my order. I went back to the register and asked her if my order had been placed as I was still waiting. She said yes. 10 minutes later I spoke with the manager and told him I had been waiting for almost 1 hour for my order and that I haven't received it. He looked at my debit receipt and gave it back to me without a word. I quickly called him out and cancelled my order and left. Last week I went to the Burger King here in Medley near my place of work and waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes. My turn was finally there and waited to place my order for 10 minutes without an answer. I figured the machine was faulty and that's why it had taken so long because people were placing an order through the window. I proceeded and when I got to the window she told me that she couldn't place my order through the window and that the machine was working. I told her I waiting 10 minutes and she said she's sorry and that she was busy and that's why she couldn't answer through the machine. She should have said something through the machine like " welcome to burger king, can you please hold" I would have understood but to not say a word and waste my time like that. This was just unbelievable. Why is burger king staff so unqualified? They have lost a customer with me.
