BJ's Tire Department, Auburn, Ma

BJ's Tire Department, Auburn, Ma On June 9th my husband took his Jeep Liberty to BJ's in Auburn, Ma for 4 = new tires. During the time the car was there the staff in the tire = department, run by Monroe, did over $2,300.00 damage to the front end = of the vehicle. There were backing the car out of the bay, tried to = straighten it out, and in doing so, ran into the tire machine and wall. = They initially admitted guilt and stated that they would pay for = everything. We got an estimate of damage from our insurance (Safety) = for $1,600.00. When the car was being repaired there was further damage = amounting to $700.00. The problem is that Safety withheld our $500.00 = deductible from the first check. They were unable to get any = information from Monroe's insurance agent, Barry Cavanaugh. He did not = return any of Safety's calls or any of my husbands calls . Monroe has = been very uncooperative, when my husband spoke with them again - they = did not admit any guile, said there was a problem with the accelerator = and it stuck. We had the car checked out at our Jeep dealer, and there = was nothing wrong. We were forced to pay $500.00 out of pocket for = something that was not our fault. I am very unhappy with the service = that we received and would like our $500.00 back from Monroe Tires. = Please help. Joanne S.
