AT&T Smart Limits Service Discontinued because of internal problems

Customers have been calling in to AT&T to add the new "Smart limits" plan, only to find that the anticipated feature of the service has been terminated already due to internal system problems. AT&T has not publicized this other than to inform the customer that the service has been discontinued and there is no reactivation date set yet.
