Time Warner Digital phone service

I have a digital telephone from Time Warner. I do not want calls with

blocked numbers to reach me. Verizon, being professional telephone service, has a

recording on their phone that says, this number does not accept calls from

blocked numbers. To complete your call, you must dial Star 82 & then the

number.

Time Warner, gives NO prompting at all, so a caller thinks the number is out

of service.

I spoke to at least 6 employees' high up in their hierarchy, they think it's

ridiculous, yet 2 years cannot get them to place this short message on their

system.

Add this item to con for VOiP instead of landline.
