DISH NETWORK HAS RUINED MY CREDIT.

Several months ago, I responded to an advertisement to have service. The ad

and the representative who took the call

assured me $19.95 was the monthly price.

My first bill was $63.00 and the second $96.00. I paid both while I was

still trying to resolve the problem. The customer

service representatives were very rude and though promised a resolution, one

never came. After 3 months, I cancelled

the service.

I tried the FCC without results. Any suggestions to a single 73 y.o. widow

living on social security?
