Whirlpool Airconditioner - Magicool

Hi,

I procured this airconditioner just about a year back (so it must have run

for a 3-4 months effectively). It has broken down more than 5 times (I think

it is more than that, don't even remember). On at least 4 occasions, the

problem has been the same!! And the in-effective service that it is, every

time the 'engineer' comes and does a simple patchwork. There is no mechanism

with the company to have a comprehensive look at the problem - every time it

is a new 'engineer' who does the same fix!!

The call centre is a blind wall against which you keep banging your head and

keep getting stereotyped messages / responses - if you get through that is.

Extremely disappointing product and service levels.
