I hired direct cabinet sales a few months ago to replace my existing kitchen after sustaining a fire in my home. I asked them to duplicate the existing layout. The cabinets were delivered and installed during the week of August 13th, 2007. With much regret and after paying them in full at time of delivery, it was noted that one section was too small, the hood was the wrong size, and some other items were unsatisfactory. After many promises by them to correct the situation, and after many attempts to resolve my dilemma, I had to hire an attorney to hopefully speed up the mater so that I can move back into my house.
