Complaint Re: Service and advertising

I called this company one month prior to moving. Their advertisement regarding their reputation (fish symbol used denoted Christian) and professional practices and rates caused me to believe I could trust this company to make my move as a new widow go smoothly as I was already under a lot of stress. Two college-aged boys showd up and, although, somewhat courteous, were not professional movers. They neglected to remove the refigerator doors and scratched the handles and put an additional scratch on one door. Also, they did not cover my deceased husband's curio (which I had explained to them prior to moving how much the particular piece meant to me) and put a 4% gash on the top crown. Rex did not tell me during the initial coversation that it would be necessary to sign a $250 waiver for insuance damage. This was presented to me the mroning of the move 7/29/07. If I didn't sign they wouldn't service me. The damage estimated is approximately $670. I do not recognize

thier advertising merit being professional, honest or caring. Due to their own negligence and lack of training, they are responsible for the damage and should pay all damage expenses. I have three witnesses who can attest to thier inexperience. Rex was less than
