sears ge washer warranty fraud

purchased a sears ge washer 7 months ago. it broke afer 5 months they fixed

it. it broke again 7 weeks later. technican came out

told me the washer was shot it would cost about $2500 to repair, and that I

am responsible to fix it! this is a washer that is less than a year

old with a 5 year warranty!! The tech said it broke 2 times so we must be

abusing it so they voided the warranty! absolutely absurb, all we

did was put wash in it, after researching online this is a common complaint

with sears appliances, muliple breakdowns. How they can not

honor the warranty is outright fraud!

Take them to small claims court. I not only got $1,000 for a new washer, they had to return my warranty money! I won!
