Trinidad Family experience with Ford Escape 2007 model

We are appealing to your organization to help us seek justice against the Ford Manufacturing Plant base in Sta Rosa, Laguna Philippines ,Ford Alabang Philippines Dealer, and Ford Libis Philippines Dealer.

My family is a consumer victim of a poorly functioning brand new Ford Escape 2007 model.

After the long delayed action and non compliance to our Verbal and personal appeal on Aug. 22, 2007 and our Written Appeal, Request and Demand which we have personally delivered to their offices on August 23, 2007 with a receiving copy. Non ever tried to call nor donated even a simple act of communication. We felt less considered and helpless.

The service department of all the above mention Ford Offices has not responded nor had any humane empathy to our plead. They have repeatedly ignore and degraded our dignity in many ways, after twenty six days, last Sept. 11,2007, as early as 7:05 a.m, even before I had my morning prayers and breakfast Ford Libis Customer Service Head Mr. Peter Sayson called my wife Mrs. Saberiana Trinidad just to notify that they will start to charge us with a storage fee amounting to P 725.00 per day. Isn’t it too early for such a bad news? After such a long wait for our appeal they have just added insult to injury to unsatisfied customer victims like us.

and so, we had to recourse our appeal and demand to the Department of Trade and Industry here in the Philippines. We already had two session on the Mediation Table on DTI office last Monday Sept. 17, 2007 at

2 pm and today Sept. 17, 2007. We felt more insulted by the non appearance of the customer service officer from the Ford Manufacturing Plant Phils. based in Sta. Rosa instead they had send the assistant of the customer service dept. of Ford Alabang Mr. Danilo Lubrin who is not in any way had an authority nor the capacity to finalize any decision for on behalf of the Ford Manufacturing Plant Phils., Sta Rosa. We therefore appeal to the mediation officer to notify Ford Manufacturing officer to attend the mediation on the wednesday Sept 19, 2007 at 2pm and yet on the 2nd time they did not appear before the Mediation table of DTI and again send Mr. Lubrin.

Mr. Danilo Lubrin told the mediation officer that he had talk to Mr. Rob Henares and had relayed the invitation but unfortunately they did not again appeared. We are scheduled for our final Mediation on Tuesday Sept. 25,2007.

We are seeking your assistant and plead to you to please HELP us secure justice.My family hope and pray for your intermediary ACTIONS regarding this matter. THE FILIPINO DESERVES THE BEST!
