New Construction of home and warranty repair

We bought a new home off these builders who are:

Under warranty they are required by contract to fix and repair certain =

issues. The Jenesis group has yet to fulfill their obligations over a =

year later. They are saying that some are our fault and they are not =

required to fix. For example, we have these bubbles that formed in the =

bathroom wall the first week we lived there. Eugene (builder) says its =

due to us getting it wet. This is preposterous as we have shown this to =

many carpenters and builders who say its due to a manufacturing defect =

in the dry wall. More so, a bathroom wall should expect moisture, and =

be able to handle it without forming bubbles. That wall with bubbles =

hasn't received more moisture than any other part of our bathroom. The =

jenesis group has also lied to us on many occasion, trying to weasel out =

of doing any work saying its "our fault" or "due to settling". They are =

obviously taking advantage of new home owners who do not know much about =

construction.

They broke a piece of our baseboard when fixing it, and have refused =

to replace. Rather, they glued it back on which looks horrible. This =

is just a few out of many warranty items they either are not fixing or =

fixing with extremely poor workmanship.

Damage Resulting =3D Well, the physical damage speaks for itself. Our =

bubbles in bathroom wall (which is very inviting to mold), our broken =

baseboard, and a few other issues in bathroom. Also, some issues on the =

exterior of the home, which they attribute to "us hitting it while =

moving in" withought even witnessing it. The mental stress is =

overwhelming because they don't answer or return emails. But, before we =

bought the home and before they had our money they answered and returned =

every email and phone call.
