National City Transfer and Storage

We recieved our shipment of household good in August from a company National City Transfer and storage inc. The company was completely unprofessional about moving us in and spent more time taking breaks and entering parts of our home that they were asked not to enter than actually moving our belongings. To make matters worse we are missing a good portion of our belongings. Upon discovering that certain items were not delivered we did not want to accept the shipment and sign paperwork until we recieved our entire shipment. The movers then called their office and we were cohersed into signing paperwork so that"the movers could leave". Apparently the movers cannot leave until we sign accepting shipment. The owner of the company (or so he said) called our home and informed me that he would be responsible and that they would make things right. However that was simply a ploy to get us to sign the paperwork because to this date nothing has been done about our belongings totaling at a light estimate $5000 plus worth of items. I would not hire this company or reccomend them. My husbands motorcycle (we have pictures if you would like us to email them) as in a sealed crate and at destination, abd arrived in a crate of much smaller size dissesambled and missing parts along with a few broken items that had been removed, we are missing china that is irreplacable and too many other things to mention. I would be more than happy to send anyone considering using them pictures of the condition of our move and photos of the movers moving us if it helps. thanks
