Lincoln Financial Group Philadelphia, PA September 20, 2007 We are seeking your help with regards to a serious dispute we currently are= having with The Lincoln Financial Group. I have written to Dennis R. Glass,=20= President on three occasions requesting his assistance. Following the first=20= letter their Compliance Group responded denying that they did anything wrong= . They further stated that even if they did the small print on the contract wo= uld free them from any responsibility. Based on their interpretation Lincoln ca= n give false and inaccurate responses to their policyholders direct and critical questions and not be held responsible. To briefly summarize, the problem was created when Lincoln=E2=80=99s Custome= r Service employees during several recorded telephone conversations gave false and inaccurate information in response to my direct and critical questions. As a result of this we have lost and will continue to lose several thousands of dollars. In addition, there is a distinct possibility my life insurance poli= cy will be cancelled. This is a $100,000 policy that I took out nineteen years=20= ago. Lincoln has evidence in their possession that will support my claim but the= y have refused to make this information available. I recently had a conversation with an employee at Lincoln that was also recorded. This conversation can provide direct evidence that Lincoln was dir= ectly at fault regarding our claim. We are hopeful with your assistance this matter can be resolved in a fair and just manner.
