Direct tv I am a new customer with direct tv and I have had nothing but problems or been lied to about service,etc. from day one. I am like all of you very dissatisfied with service/product, customer and technical support and receive no results. I have contacted direct tv numerous times in regards to my complaints in trying to get resolution. I am stuck in a two year contract also without some services that I was promised. I was lied to,told to call lots of numbers without any resolution to the many problems I have encountered. I am going to contact the president of direct tv and inform him of the problems and dissatisfaction from the company, if no results then maybe we should consider a class action lawsuit.
