City Furniture, Tamarac, FL - Color removal when using their leather cleaner on recliner footrest

Called Customer Service - recliner 3 years old - first cleaning. Out of =

warranty but color should not have come off with use of City Furniture's =

leather cleaner. (Their brand name on product). They told me I would =

have to call Natali leather company in Italy with my complaint! =

Really!!!!

Not helpful - they replied to my Better Business Bureau complaint that =

they offered names of repair vendors that I could call at my expense. =

Not true! =20

They do not stand behind their products or furniture and I would not =

recommend ANY consumer purchase of their goods.

They never even replied to my registered letter of complaint and finally =

only replied to the Better Business Bureau with lies.

Do NOT purchase their furniture!!!!!
