I purchased a satellite TV system through Dish Network in August of 2007.

Dish Network contracted through MCS, Inc (dba The Dish Guy) to have the

system installed. Kevin from MCS came to install the dish and we agreed to

have it temporary installed on a tree and he would return later to move it

to a post that was yet to be installed. He said he could come back the next

day to transfer it, but he didn't show up. I called about a week later and

he said he had not had any jobs in my area so he didn't get a chance to do

it. He told me he would call me when he was in the area. Four weeks later

he still hadn't called so I contacted him. I left several messages to have

him call me back, but he didn't return the calls. I finally got a hold of

him and he said he was told Dish Network had sent somebody else out to move

it. I told him that wasn't the case and he said he could come out that day

to move it. The day went by and he never called and never showed up. I

tried to get a hold of him again but have only received his voice mail

since. Also, when he installed the dish, he had to use two pieces of cable

because he cut the first one too short. Now there is a splice in the cable

that is prone to water damage as it is located outside.
