worst stay ever

This hotel was in an industrial park. The staff was very unpleasant. When we asked for something, it was like we were talking to the walls. We were moved to 3 different rooms, the first 2 days we were there.

The pool was very dirty, my daughter could not go swimming, when I asked for the pool to be cleaned, I was told they could not clean the pool, that it was done last week. They treated me very poorly and when I went to the desk, I could be there standing waiting to be helped and when an Asian Family or an Asian individual they would take them over me. This was uncalled for and unprofessional. Very heavy Asian population stayed there. There was a party in one of the so called halls, and the people were loud and they looked at us when we were either coming or going as to seem as we should not have been there.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hmm sounds like the experience I had with Best western- The staff is nasty-the rooms are nasty-and God forbid you call the main headquarters to file a complaint-when I called they swore at me!!!
