I want to warn everyone that moves don't use this company. First, they are

not a BBB memeber (first red flag) and second they use rental trucks (second

red flag). We obtained a quote from them for 1600.00 and with same day service.

We had 2 quotes and went with them and it was the biggest nightmare and

mistake ever. Once they loaded our things they demanded cash rather than check or

credit card as stated in their contract. They really had us because our

whole lives were on their truck and the price jumped from 1600 to 4500. Yes more

than doubled. You hear the horror stories of moving companies but, I am

living proof this is one. Also, once they came (which they arrived 1 hour late)

they wanted to bring our things the next day rather then the same day and we

were not going for that because if they changed the price and the method of

payment on us who is to say we would never had seen our things again or demanded

more money. They also demanded a tip. Also, now they are claiming to have a weight certificate which we will love for them to produce. Their driver specifically told us oh well since it is over 5500 pounds we do a flat rate. Man what a scam!

Well great news everyone my complaining and persistence paid off. We went to the Utilities commission and we got back 1/2 of what we paid and they had no documentation to back up anything.
