"less than you're paying now"

Comcast digital package Comcast US comcast.com As an intro rate was about to expire I got a call from Veronica. she told me about the digital package and its intro rate was actually lower than the rate I was at currently. I made a point to ask her "after the intro period what will I be paying" her responce was "less than you are paying now" 6 months later I get a bill $40 more than before and $30 more than I was expecting. Comcast customer service wouldn't help. Basicly they said I was being charged what their computer said I was suppose to pay and they wouldn't do anything.
