For well over 4 months I have had intermittent DSL service with =

Cavalier. I have spent a total of over 5 hours on hold trying to =

register the complaint. Whenever I am finally able to reach a customer =

service rep. they are always very nice and confused as to why my problem =

has not been addressed appropriately. They offer me a credit, which I =

never receive and put me on hold to verify something and never, ever =

come back Sometimes I have sent e-mails and made several phone calls to =

now cancel the DSL service. I have been on hold for 3 hours between work =

and home trying to do this. As you can see, I still have DSL. I have =

only been trying to fix the problem since December 06 and trying to =

cancel the service since August 8, 2007. If anyone knows how I can get =

this done quickly please let me know. Verizon can't deliver my DSL =

services until Cavalier turns their's off.

I paid for telephone service with Cavalier and never got a dial tone on my telephone. I have been going back and forth with them for a number of weeks with no satisfaction. They also promised me a refund which I have never received. I finally went with At&t, they had my telephone working the following day. I also was put on hold for hours and could not reach anyone or never received a straight answer or confirmation from anyone at Cavalier.
